The Air Command II will follow the Decepticon principles set forth by the first Decepticons: Megatron, Shockwave, Soundwave, Starscream, and the others.
We will not waver from our purposes. We will take what we want. We will conquer. Whether through brute strength or thru stealth and guile, we will defeat our enemies.
Loyalty among ranks is expected, rewarded, but also enforced. Insubordination will not be tolerated.
