Maximillion is the consigliere of the Baltimore area's Giovanni. Not much is known about him, he spends a lot of time alone or consulting Cap with one on one meetings. It is assumed that he is a powerful necromancer and a very dangerous man.

APPEARANCE: Maximillion appears to be in his late forties/early fifties. He looks ghastly, and wears suits that are from antiquity. He sometimes wears a priests robes or other clothes that clergy are known to wear.
