Viktor Kroeber

 

 

Viktor Kroeber is the Archbishop of Baltimore. He is cunning, cruel, vile, and has a unique sense of humor. Kroeber is not your average Lasombra. He can be unusually civil, and chivalrous. He has even maintained the Inner Harbor as Elysium during his reign. Kroeber is a brilliant leader, and some suspect that Aldred, being the yin to his yang, was sent to Baltimore to destroy him. The only problem is that Kroeber doesn't make mistakes.

Appearance: Kroeber is immaculately dressed and groomed with italian suits at all times, one would think he is obsessed with his appearance. He usually completely bald and clean shaven, but he sometimes sports a moustache and goatee.
