Jaquio DeMieux

Born to a black mother and a spanish father in Boston, Massachuesetts, Jaquio was more or less neglected by his parents.  Not a very social person, he became completely absorbed in the world of computers, receiving one for his 13th birthday.  He became and accomplished computer hacker, but was caught and arrested for hacking into NSA files for fun when he was 16.  He had discovered the internet when no one else knew that it existed.  No charges were filed against Jacquio under the condition that he would work for the NSA immediately after high school.  He moved from home the day after he graduated high school and made a healthy living as a computer specialist for the NSA. 

How Jaquio came to be in the attention to the woman known as Diana he will never know, but she feigned a physical interest in him and lured him straight into his creation rites.  The strange thing was, immediately after his embrace, Diana attempted to shovel-head him and missed.  By nothing short of a borderline comedic miracle, he escaped with his unlife and fled Boston immediately.  He made his way to New York, and even Philadelphia and managed to escape undetected.  He would play around in Cyber-Cafes and siphon money from various bank accounts for a day or two and then move on.  He wandered, confused and hungry, through several cities until he made his way to Baltimore City.  At a cyber cafe near downtown Baltimore, he came across a net surfer known only as "M", who had a complex hacking job for him.  He did the job and was told to meet "M" in Brooklyn Park.  "M" was a blond, haired, blue eyed pale woman who had intended to ghoul Jaquio but immediately knew that he was kindred.  She then introduced him to her boss, Nicolai, and he in turn told Jaquio of a secret meeting in Glen Burnie...
