Charles Roberts gives people the creeps. He doesn't talk much and has a very serious demeanor. No one can ever actually remember seeing him smile. He is cordial enough and respects people who respect him, but one can't help but feel like he'll flip on you at the slightest provocation. He is after all, a Brujah.

APPEARANCE: Charles is short, clean shaven, has short brown hair and a receding hairline, unusual since he appears to be in his late 20's. He has dark brown eyes and usually wears gangster style suits. He is never known to be without weapons, note the plural.
