Allen Carpenter is the childe of Jared Tice. He is an excellent lawyer and lobbyist, and a master at politics and law. Sometimes it seems as if he can bend or twist any law or policy to his advantage.

APPEARANCE: Allen is 6' even, clean shaven, and has blond hair and blue eyes. He often dresses like a yuppie, and loves polo-style shirts. He wears a ridiculously expensive gold rolex and a gold pinky ring with a zigzag in the middle.
