Please, everyone needs to review the following list.
1.) Profiles:
First
thing you must do as a member is,Update your profile with the proper
information. Your rank, Your dice, Your Division Initial's, and AAO as your
guild, Your Xps if any. If this requirement isn't met, you will be prompted to
update your profile,(three address's to this issue is enough). If its still not
met your dismissal may be in order. (three review's of the members profile upon
the roster is grounds for dismissal. That is three weeks, ample time to update
it correctly!)
2.)
A.A.O. Mail String:
Anyone
using our mailstring
WITHOUT
permission to promote application's, Letters of hatred, or anything deemed guild
turmoil is subject to automatic dismissal, trial and punishment fitting the
transgression.
3.)
Sparring and Recruiting:
Due To the Fact that AAO members have decided not to spar or recruit. It
is now a
MANDATORY
thing. Every Single Day there will be a Spar. You are also required to recruit
every single day now. If you do not do this for one week, you will be punished
by removal of XPs. Recruiting will only be witnessable by those online at the
time that are recruiting and their reports. The second week you will be placed
on guild Probation, if you dont spar after that, the High Council Shall conviene
and your fate within the AAO will thus be Decided. You signed the Application
stating you would do these things..it's a contract...follow it.
4.)
Treason:
(the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of ones guild, or of
assisting its enemies in war)
In the case that this is in fact a guild, any attempts of spying,
assisting another guild in gaining information, concerning this guild or its
roster, members, mailstring, or anything of the like importance is a treasonous
act. The penalty of this crime is a court martial to be held with the accused,
the judge, jury and if need be, executioner, will be of the Executive Division
of this guild. This is a guild trial, (not to be confused in anyway with a
mundane trial) and the accused may seek council but the guild is in no way
committed to providing council.
5.)
Bounties:
Guild Law prohibits the distribution of illegal bounty notices. Any
bounties posted are to be backed up with a valid log, and any witnesses
available. Legal bounties are only posted in newsletters
AFTER
approval.
6.)
Disputes:
Disputes
among members are to go before executives (GC, SiC, or TiC) who shall decide the
severity of the dispute. Members may have the option to transfer to another
division if the conflict cannot be resolved. A guilty member has no say to the
rank they may receive in the new division. Suspensions from duties may be handed
out to help diffuse the problem.
7.)
Mailstorm's:
The
procedure for mailstorms is this: Instead of "reply to all", members are to
write their GC with complaints, who in turn call a meeting if the situation
warrants it. Any who continue to "reply to all" are automatically dismissed from
the A.A.O.
8.)
Slavers:
A.A.O.
is not nor ever will be a "Slavers" guild. Any in A.A.O. Members who
participate in this area are doing so of there own free will. Members slave
activities never have direct ties to the A.A.O. Only in serious cases will we
decide to assist a member in SM resolution. However, you may acquire a slave of
your own, but only
ONE
is allowed, and may not have been acquired by a SM.
9.)
Guilds/People we are against:
This
organization is against guilds such as "DoG". We also reserve the right to
screen other similar types of guilds as well. Absolutely NO member of "DoG" will
be allowed into the ranks of the A.A.O. If you do become part of the A.A.O.
under false pretenses,
BEWARE!
Your death may await you once you have been discovered. You will be dismissed
with no questions asked and will be stripped of any high standing you have
maintained. Newly Added people that have been added to the List of Guild and
People, Drake Nitewing, He is to be ignored amongst the highest order. Under Any
circumstance you are caught talking to this person, you will be thus pulled
forth to face the High Council in a trail. Also, KoS, same goes for them, not to
be spoken to.
10.)
SN Deletion's:
Names
that delete will be left upon the Roster for one round. Upon the time the roster
is sent out once more and your name is still deleted you will be removed and no
longer cosidered a member. The only acception to this rule is that you let the
GC, SiC, and your TiC know in advance that you will be taking a LoA (Leave of
absents). Upon your return you need to do the same. Inform those that you have
returned and please place you back on the mailstring. We would greatly
appreciate your co-operation in this matter. Thanks
11.)
SN Changes:
Upon
joining the A.A.O. or before you joined, we would hope you have read our web
page thoughly. We wish that members who join us have well developed or are
developing characters that they value and plan to keep. We frown upon SN Changes
unless it is absolutely necessary and you are being threatened IC as well as OOC.
If the threat is IC then we can and will stand as a family against the offender
and put your concerns to rest one way or another. Please contact us and lets us
know there is a problem!! Or we cannot help you. Logs are required of the
offense against you.
12.)
Disbandment Wars:
No disband wars will ever be fought including the A.A.O. This guild was
built on blood, sweat and hours on end of hard work by many of its members. It
will
NOT
be disrespected by engaging in any war that is nothing more than a dare. So
please respect your guild members and your superiors.
13.)
Assassination Attempts:
An
assassination attempt must folllow certain guidelines. As are the following:
A.)
There must be a valid contract out on the person that the attempt is being made
upon.
B.)
You must have the GCs signed affidavit to prove that there was a contract set
up.
C.)
There must be a valid log of the AA.
D.)
There must be a valid proctor of the AA. If not one, the attempt will be deemed
invalid and you would have to start all over again.
E.)
Submit the log of the AA within a days time to your GC. Or a valid reason
whereas there is no log submitted within the valid time frame.
F.)
Every member is allowed only

rezzes. If you recieve one, you must send in the proper paperwork. Included in
this must be the healers guild, dice, forum and rezz number so it can be
verified. The terms are to be stated within the rezz also or will be considered
null and void
14.)
The Skull and Cross:
You
MUST
carry the A.A.O. Skull and Cross somewhere on your page. There will be no
exceptions unless approved by your GC.
15.)
Roster:
The
distribution of our roster to another guild by a member of A.A.O. is considered
treason. Absolutely under no circumstances will the screen names of the members
be given to anyone outside of the guild itself. We really don't care who knows
who is in the A.A.O., but....you should respect the privacy of the members.
Being caught red handed and blatantly sending a guild roster to a hostile guild,
will get you automatically dismissed if not executed. No trial on this matter
will be needed if hard proof exists.
16.)
Experience Points and Dice and Reg#'s:
This is a new founded problem within the AAO. People Not updating their
XPs, not updating their profiles, and losing their information and expecting AAO
High Council Members and The GC herself to remember and get it for them. That is
stopping here, you are now responsible for your own XPs, Dice, and Reg#'s. You
lose them AAO High Council members..and that means all of them, are not
obligated to have that information on hand for you. You are the one that
controls your profile/webpage..update it and keep it that was. No Babysitting of
members is to be done anymore..you dont update you will be warned. You lose it,
you go back to what you previously had, it's your responsibility not ours. Goes
the same for Reg#s.

Now We Know this is a Mix of OOC and IC, well aware of that. It was done to
emphasize the point on both parts the the character. Best Possible way to make
it clear so there is NO possible Mix up.
