F A Q
1.
What is a roleplay forum?
A roleplay forum is a set of smaller roleplaying groups (called guilds) and
individual (freelance) roleplayers bound by a set standard of laws, playing
dice and allies. During times of war, those groups within the forum that are
attacked will join together to protect the other, or come together for a
common set goal. It is taboo for any guild or individual forum member to
claim war against the other guild. If this happens, decisions will be made by
those that run the forum to either oust those that have caused the trouble, or
will nullify any unneeded arguments.
Put simply, it is the "governing family" that houses all minor
grouped "families".
2. How do I join a forum?
In order for a guild to be legal, they must join a forum, obtaining charter,
and set contracts to prove authenticity. Because the guild is a part of a
larger grouping, it is usually stated that all guilds must display the intials
of the forum they belong to, coupled with a guild member's individual
information.
Also, if you are not a guild leader, you must notify your commander
of the interest in joining a specific forum. The AAO will not allow minor
guild members to speak for the leaders of their individual guild when joining
this forum.
If you are interested in joining the AAO forum, please click here for
an application.
3. What are freelance agents?
Freelancers are those members not belonging to a guild. Instead, it is
expected that thier loyalty be spread out to all members of the forum and
their guilds. They have no individual commander, but must participate in
given assignments given by the forum leaders.
We are currently
not
accepting freelance
agents at this time.
4. What does AAO mean? What type of forum is AAO?
AAO
stands for Assassin Alliance Organization. It's founder had created the forum
and guild to unite the "best and brightest" of Rhy'Dinian fighters and
warriors. Both forum and guild are mainly composed of assassins; however,
other character positions are also available, ranging from bodyguard to
seductor/ess.
5. What type of jobs are available in the forum?
A listing
of jobs and council positions are available on the right menu.
6. Want to be allies?
All
guilds and freelance agents, in accordance with the rules written in their
forum application, are considered allied members. If you wish to form an
alliance with a specific guild, you must contact their commander or
commanders. Forum alliances will be granted, provided the councils of each
forum is aware of the terms and agreements found in the allaince contracts.
We will NOT ally ourself with idiots!
7. When I applied as a freelance agent, I asked for a specific job and
didn't get it. What gives?
Certain jobs require special needs and qualifications. If you did not qualify
for these jobs, you will need to meet them before you apply again. Or, that
certain job is already filled.
8. I changed my mind. I don't want to be in your forum.
You will need to give a formal resignation to the forum commander of this
particular problem.
