The USS Arcadia is a new group, a single ship without the benefits enjoyed by the rest of the fleet. This Constitution
Refit starship is always on the edge of disaster. Only the quick-thinking and alertness of the crew under the direction of
young Captain Jeffery R. Simms, keeps the ship from destruction... most of the time.

The USS Arcadia is a test. A test in all possible ways. A test of resourcefulness, ingenuity and courage. A test to see
if the forsaken can make their path through the stars. The USS Arcadia is a Play By E-Mail Roll Playing Game, in the
Star Trek Universe at the year 2274. That was the same year the Refitted USS Enterprise was launched (Star Trek:
The Motion Picture).
The Arcadia is the forum used to write exciting adventures of its crew. This sort endevour is also known
as simming, in which a crewmember creates a character and writes from the viewpoint of that character as the ship's missions
unfold. E-Mail is the medium used to form these stories, and the Arcadia lists itself with the many dozen of PBEM (Play By
E-Mail) RPGs (Roll Playing Games) on the Internet.
Villains, new races, temporal anomalies all make appearances in our adventures. Walk down the Arcadia's
corridors, interacting with other races, and living a time that we have not seen. Write stories all your own with your own
character creations. Sharpen story-telling skills, meet new and interesting people from around the globe, and learn more
about the Star Trek universe.
