The scenarios have all the dragon balls. To able to get dragonballs you must destroy a scenario to get the DBS he has. If you kill a scenario, not only do you get his DBS, but you get their PL,EL,HL and items and their abilities,plus the ones you have already,and their money. If someone else has a DB other than a scenario you can kill them and get their DBS.after u kill a scenario and used the Dbs,they are scattered all over the world so then you would have to look for them.You get 1 wish from the Earth DBS,3 wishes from the namek and darkstarDBS.
