City Guidelines


1. Loyalty, respect and Pride. Citizens of the City shall hold these with high standards.
They shall respect their caste, The Halls they belong are pledged too and be prepared to defend the Homestone if the need arises.

2. Laws of the City do not extend past the walls and boundaries.

3. Assassions bearing the mark, are permitted within the city walls. To fillfull their contracts.

4. Members of the Entertainers Caste may enter the city freely. They may not be enslaved within the walls unless their offenses warrants such an action

5. Mun age for Rping in the City is 18, no exceptions will be made.

6. Mun consent given when you make your presence known within a City public room
or Hall.

7. Ignore Orders~~if issued are to be followed. Only time these orders will be issued is if the person or party it is issused against insists on crossing characters or uses OOC information against the City, any Hall within the City or people of the City.

8. No Female Warriors are allowed to fight within the City. Panather girls and Talunas are to be collared upon sight since they are not usually found in the North and only there
to cause trouble, unless they carry a pass from the Adminstor of the City.

9. Couching Laws are in effect. If a Free woman couches a male that is not her mate or a male slave not in her collar, she is open to enslavement by the male or the owner of the said slave.

10. Caste Dice are to be used in spars, unless discussed prior to the spar.

11. FreeWomen of the North do not wear robes of concealment or veils.

12. If a Freewoman openly submitts to a Man, he has three choices to follow:
1. Collar her and keep her
2. give her to the City if he doesnt want her
3. Kill her or offer her death.

13. If a Family can not pay its debt owed to the City, their daughter will be taken and sold into slavery to cover the debt owed.

14. Freed Slaves must have papers of Manumission upon their person at all times. When they arrive in the City or are Freed, they must register with the City Scribe so their papers are on public record within the City.

15. If a slave strikes a Freeperson, penalty for such an action is immediate death.

16. A Child born of a slave is a slave and becomes property of the Mother's owner upon birth.

17. Slaves are considered property. Owners may treat them as they wish without
repercussion. Slaves that touch a weapon while in the city will fall to a quick death.

18. Active possession of a is crucial by Law. If the owner of a slave disappears for a period of three mun weeks without word that they will be gone, the said slave becomes
property of the city.

19. Property of an enslaved Freeperson will be given to the nearest relation, if none can be found the property goes to the city. If the slave is ever freed they will receive 1/3 of the value of the property and sent from the City.
