RPG Project Custom Characters (and other things)

As much as I think I have created a good selection of characters, I know some people will have ideas for characters that match theirs more closely. I am willing to create custom characters, but the following is all true:

1. GM has final say. I decide in the end what your character has and what he can do. This is necessary for me to do in order to retain game balance. Some characters in unmodified form do not fit the RPG Project or are too powerful for an entry level character.

2. If you don't have a back story, I will make one that fits the character. I'll also fit the existing story to the RPG Project, adding how the character got to MD Earth.

3. If the character is acceptable but slightly too powerful, I might turn down the power. Do remember that you can build it up again. This applies to character's weapons also.

Now, for those who want to create a character within the guidelines of the game, here you are.

1. Most people should decide what sort of alignment they would desire first. If you want to be a good guy, being a member of the Dark Eldritch is not really an option. Also choose the kind of personality, and I'll eliminate characters there; a pacifistic character is not likely to be a Zerg.

2. Now choose from the following races or factions. Keep in mind that some are not mutually exclusive.

Nebruyin: The Nebruyins were recently raided by the Zerg. They were a peaceful race, far behind us in military technology, but greater than us is genetics, agriculture, architecture, and many of the more pacifistic sciences. They were woefully underprepared for the Zerg invasion, and would have either been assimilated or annihilated if one of their people, an outcast named Deynar, had not come to his species' protection. Deynar is now known as "The One" in Nebruyin speak, as he was the first to revive the Nebruyin's special skills. All Nebruyins have a power of some sort. Deynar's power was particularly potent, which lead him to develop it in martial arts. After the first blistering assault, Deynar created a resistance faction and hid his people underground, along with another outcast named Nijrik, a Ghost Blade Master. Deynar's potent power was pure destructive energy. His training had unlocked much of his potential (he was in fact only a few months away from achieving his ultimate set of powers), and his potential was devastating. The Zerg, totally unprepared for a counterattack, died by the droves. The final move of Deynar harnessed the destructive power of the sun in order to completely annihilate millions of Zerg and numerous Zerg outposts. It was all for naught, however; Deynar made sure that his trump card utterly destroyed him, in order to make sure that the Zerg did not absorb his genes. The blistering counterattack brought
