Adjustable Railgun System

The entire railgun gets a metal "carrier", adjustable ammo clips and barrel, and so on. This is for two purposes. One, it allows metal of any caliber to be placed in and fired. Two, it allows rocks and other debris/non-military grade material to be put in and fired! Mariner and the Demon Realms utilize this system.
