Tiamat

Tiamat's origins are also unknown. He is NOT the dragon from Babylonian/Sumerian myth, and has nothing to do with Apsu. Typically, Bahamut and Tiamat find themselves at odds, so Tiamat chose the name in order to symbolize his hatred of Bahamut. It is rumored he was a member of Bahamut's court before becoming disillusioned, but he could easily have been any dragon who had felt slighted. However, Tiamat's fanatical hatred for something (not necessarily Bahamut) was enough to make him sell his services to a greater power. Tiamat is one of the stronger Avatars.

Abilities:

Magic: Tiamat is well-versed in the magical arts, being one of the strongest magicians among the Avatars.

Equipment:

Dragon's Pride: Tiamat's sword.

Reptilicide: This is Tiamat's proof of the ultimate hatred for some of his brothers. Reptilicide is a twisted trident that Tiamat uses only to kill fellow dragons.
