Silent Elite is a guild of players on the Terris-Thule server of the On-line game Everquest. We began as a group of friends who shared the same thoughts and goals of creating a guild of excellence that would help all Norrathians rid the lands of any wrong doing. Uniting our powers to make life easier we set out from our home town of Qeynos to battle the sabretooths of Blackburrow. Soon we discovered that our family would need to grow in numbers in order to fulfill our goals.

   Through our journeys, we met other individuals who we feel by their actions would be suitable members of Silent Elite. When this occurs, we openly invite them as initiates into the guild. We do not have open enrollment as all members are chosen and sponsored by guild officers. New members are meant to be "mentored" by their sponsor and the guild in general until they begin to learn the dynamics of the world and what part they will take in its unfolding future.

   All members are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and civilized manner at all times. We ask that you do not use vulgar or offensive language while in the game. We expect all content that is said in the game while on the guild chat to be PG rated or below. Anyone who is a blatant abuser of this rule will be asked to leave the guild. All members are also made aware that anything that they do to blatantly defame the guild or any violations of common play policy and as set out in the End User License Agreement by Verant Interactive may be grounds for removal from the guild. Kill Stealing and other negative actions toward others is not acceptable. Any member that is reported to the guild leader and/or officers as having committed any act such as this will be brought for review and possible dismissal or other actions taken against them.

   We do ask that all members try and seek out and assist one another when possible. Be it aid in a quest that one may be on or in the event that a member is unable to find a group, someone to adventure and travel with. Silent Elite does have specific tasks that we set out to do at certain times. Some of these may be quest related or we may unite our forces to help a member complete a personal quest that they may have undertaken. Silent Elite has choosen to fight against the giants of Velious in favor of claws of vesheen faction. As most guilds do, we will also keep good faction with the coldain so that we can visit Thurgadin.

   The Golden rule of Silent Elite is one we strongly live by: We are in this world to have fun. Life without joy is meaningless. Enjoy it to its fullest.
