Luke
Luke is a tough little dwarf and can lead your team to victory if you want him to. He usually takes only 1 damage from most enemies and even though Gort may seem better at first I suggest that you stick with luke because after promotion he keeps most of his high stats. If you give him the heat axe he will kick some major enemy a$$.
