Newark is controlled by
Clan Tremere. This means that any undesirable actions fall under
the direction of the Baron of Newark. This also means that the Tremere
are responsible for the any and all activities that occur within the city
limits. All members of any Camarilla Clan are welcome here as in
any other Barony and they are not required at this time to report to anyone
as to there presence in the city. All Traditions must be upheld as
well as any edicts and proxies devised by the Primogen Council. Any
breach of the Traditions or laws while in the City of Newark are dealt
with by the Baron of Newark. If the breach is severe, it may be handled
by the Primogen Council as a whole.
The Newark area is also bordered by the Gangrel to the North in White Clay Creek State Park. No member of Clan Tremere may enter this area with out the approval of the Baron or Regent unless the situation calls for immediate action and there is no time to contact either of them. Any acknowleged member of the state must immediately report any incident of Werewolf activity. Being so close to their lands incurs many attacks. Here is a map of Newark. Unlike the map of Wilmington which is controlled by members of many clans, Newark is controlled soley by the Tremere. Although any member of the state can purchase land, run a business or exert influence here. Any major company or business purchases are usually reported to the Baron as a matter of respect.
