What is PECA?

PECA is the People's Entertainment Corporation of Ayenee designed and run to help aid people in having fun and make sure that there is equal opportunity for all those businesses that deal in 'fun' activities to keep their businesses alive.

 

Will You Shoot Me if I Don't Join?

No, but why wouldn't you want to join such a great thing?  You have nothing to loose and so much to gain!
