TESTS, RULES, PRIZE LIST, AND RANKINGS!
Okay gang, this is the page that all of you should have read! This page will basically
outline why you want to be a neo and what you get to do as a NEO SHOGUNATE MEMBER!
RULES
As a NEO SHOGUNATE MEMBER, you must abid to the rules and uphold the following...
- All members have the prefix "Neo".
- NO CHEATING
- NO STEALING
- NO KILLING (other players that is)
- Reasonably assist newbies!
- NO USING SPREAD NEEDLES unless agreed by all players!
- You MAY NOT use the OROTIAGITO if your rank is lower than SAMURAI.
- You MUST reasonably respect all higher RANKS!
- Higher ranks MAY NOT harrass lower ranks!
- You must play fairly with all players YOU play with!
- YOU MUST report to your division leaders if they are online!
These are the basic guidelines and rules.
If any incident of the previous is broken, report all incidents with the following information...
- The players name.
- The players char type.
- description of the incident.
The Daimyos and the Shogun will then review the case if any action should be executed!
TESTS
Every member of the SHOGUNATE will be awarded new items in Phantasy Star Online. They will be tested every 10 levels. This will re-enforce the drive to gain levels and keep the PSO gaming alive. These test will be based on 2 different Tests.
MENTAL TEST
In this test, you will be asked a single question for
every 10 levels you have gained! The questions will
be based on the Phantasy Star Online world!
Success in getting the question correct will
yeild better weapons/items. Replying the wrong
answer will yield you a decent weapon/item!
PHYSICAL TEST
The physical test will be held in the lobby!
It will be a type of "Simon Says" type of game.
It will involve the use of the ALT+F#. This means
that the test will use the special animations only
available in the lobby.
The object is to mimic the actions of the test giver.
This test will yeild better weapons/items.

- Level 1-19 SOLDIER
