President Shin-Ra, a cigar smoking bastard who controls the Shin-Ra. He is ruthless. He is the one who ordered the attack on the Sector 7 Pillar, killing every one in the slums. He cheats his way to the top of everything, stepping on whoever was in his way. President Shin-Ra tells the people of Midgar everything will be resolvede with The Shin-Ra around... yeah right.
