Not much is known about this reploid, all is known is that he joined the Hunters after the Limited Maverick War and gained command of the 16th before the Exodus.
Vandal is quiet, but he shows that he cares about what happens around him, which is why he joined the Hunters. He seems to have a more neutral attitude, but has never backed down from a mission.

His main weapon is a large scythe he calls 'Oblivion' and has several unique skills:
Dark Wave: A strange attack where he fires a large wave of dark energy.
Dark Bolt: An attack that seems to be a fully charged Mega Buster, but has a dark appearance to it.
