Schala is a young reploid that was placed in the 17th Unit under Bahamut's orders.
Schala is the 'biological' daughter to Bahamut and Tiamat. She is the result of a special project that combined a strand of Bahamut's DNA with a strand of Tiamat's and was constructed with the new DNA structure.

Schala is dedicated to her work, though she doesn't know if she wants to remain as a hunter. She is an excellent fighter, but seems to wane from time to time.

Her main weapon of choice is the beam saber and she has an X-Buster as a secondary.
