Cyber Wing was a reploid created by Dr. Ian Anderson and is based on the designs of Magma Dragoon. Cyber Wing joined the Maverick Hunters sometimes after the Third Maverick War with his brother Arctic Wolf.

Sometime after the Fourth Maverick War, Arctic Wolf had gone Maverick and devastated a Hunter base in Alaska. In this battle, Cyber Wing was critically injured and disappeared. He reappeared weeks later with upgrades. No one knows who repaired him or wear this person is, but Cyber Wing has refused to talk about the incident.
Though Cyber Wing rejoined the hunters, he went off on his own to deal with his brother and ended up defeating him. Cyber Wing wears a braid of fur on his arm, a reminder of his brother.

After the Limited Maverick War, Cyber Wing was appointed to the position of Commander of the 2nd Unit.
Cyber Wing has unique weaponry: His main weapon is known as 'Greek Fire', which is a special fire element attack that is effective even under water.
His special attack is now known as the 'Burning Talon', a non-elemental attack that encompasses his hand in energy.
