Energy 'Blades': Cyblade has the ability to generate these blades from her 
fingers. She can also control this energy to travel any distance although the
 intensity is then decreased. She can use the blades to do Mn energy damage in
 close combat or up to 2 areas, for every 2 additional areas the damage is 
decreased by 1CS. She gets a +4CS on her agility when firing due to her

DESCRIPTION:
her beauty is only surpassed by her incredible skill and agility as a 
fierce combatant, especially in a hands-on fight. She also posesses the 
power to emit dagger-like energy bolts which can do some serious damage.

HISTORY:
Cyblade, like the rest of Cyberforce, is a cybernetically enhanced mutant. Her particlar mutant ability is to psionically trigger "blades" of electromagnetic energy and aim it at someone. Her powers manifested themselves when Cyberdata tried to engineer her kidnapping when she was a little girl. (Why Cyberdata wanted to capture her is unclear; apparently they knew that she was a rather powerful mutant, only problem was, even she didn't know, so how Cyberdata found out is anybody's guess.) She was then trained by "Jocelyn," who taught her combat training and how to throw sharp things at people. Then her brother and father died, and Jocelyn became Dominque's guardian. They travel around the world for a while, carrying out missions for Cyberdata (although Dominique thinks that they're actually being some sort of hero/vigilantes) before Dominique enters medical school. She stays there for about two years -- and, apparently, she's some sort of biology whiz -- before she's tricked into working for Cyberdata and takes the name of Cyblade, and implanted with a "brain box." Now, the above is Cyblade's (brief) history according to Cyberforce Origins. Unfortunately, it doesn't really jive with Cyberforce's history as told in Cyberforce #0. For instance, she doesn't have enough time in #0 to accomplish all those "forgotten" mission mentioned in Origins. These are minor details, however ... comic book writes usually can't play with time very well, especially since two conflicting time-stories are usually written by two different people. At any rate, Cyblade has all of her memories prior to becoming a S.H.O.C., it's just the actualy missions that she doesn't remember. (She's a lot better off than Heatwave and Ballistic, for instance ...) Cyblade is a native of Chalenne, which is a fictional European French-speaking country. With the exception of her brother, whom she found recently was alive, she is the last of the royal blood. (It's all covered in Cyberforce #32.) Since she's descended from royalty, and her father apparently devoted much of his time to getting even richer, Cyblade has a lot of money. Which is good, because Cyberforce uses leading technology that costs a sum total of a few million. Not bad for a bunch of semi-amnesiac cyborgs, huh? Now that Heatwave is dead, Cyblade is the leader of Cyberforce.
