She now is a semi-member of Cyberforce who occasionally assists them on a mission, especially if it involves helping Velocity. end description None. end equipment Ballistic is the transitory member of the group ... as in, she joins in when she feels like it. Mostly when it concerns Velocity, her sister, of whom she is outrageously protectice of. In Cyberforce #7 she found out that her and Carin's father was a CIA agent named Frank Taylor (she found this out after he died), but, while Carin now goes by the name Carin Taylor, Ballistic is still calling herself Cassandra Lane. Why? Don't ask me. Velocity never even met Taylor, and he saved Ballistic's life ... He also apparently walked out on the little family while his daughters were very young. He felt really guilty about it, but he still walked out. Her mother remarried (or at least lived with) an abusive guy who didn't like either girl very much. Ballistic accidentally killed him as a kid, trying to protect her mother and sister. (What happened afterwards isn't clear, since this was taken from Velocity's memories.) Ballistic was one of the leaders of the S.H.O.C.s, and first met Cyberforce while trying to recapture Velocity for Cyberdata. Her mutant talent is her incredible athletic ability; she can hit 99.2% of the targets she aims at (as long as they are in range, of course). She was the star pitcher of her high school baseball team, until a jealous boyfriend and his friends beat her up, especially her arm. She joined Cyberdata a bit later, and they outfited her with a bionic arm and turned her into one of their operatives. After multiple confrontations with Cyberforce over Velocity and a bad head wound, Ballistic started to remember Carin. Cyberforce removed her "brain box," and she now lives in New York City and helps out Cyberforce -- sometimes. Ballistic is also an exceptionally beautiful woman. She is constantly being hit on at the bar by this one guy -- which has basically become a running gag. You've got to feel sorry for the guy. Weakness: If her cybernetics are disabeled her physical stats drop 3CS and she loses targetting and body armor. please be sure to give me credit for my work, do not steal my work or my links. thanx this file created by Chris schmitz www.chrisloveskelly.com www.angelfire.com/rpg/marvelclassic end history 130 90
