If you would like to be part of RAVENCLAW Quidditch
then fill out the following form and send to either Whitter or Jen.
1) Which Position you want to be on the team, a
player,captain/and player,or a Ravenclaw supporter.
2) If you chose either player or captian and player
then include your top 2 choices of which postition
you want to play.
3) Also, include your Hogwarts name and house.
(NOTE: You do not have to be in Ravenclaw house
to play for Ravenclaw)
