peacefulness and calm. She greets all of the free peoples of Arda with a warm
smile, and all that are evil with a nasty wound. She has hair that seems to be
an endless river of silky dark strands that shine as the light hits each
single, delicate hair. Her eyes are a dark brown that have a sparkle of
kindness in them. She seems to have a bit of a queenish stature to her, as
she looks very noble indeed.

Karisa was born in the lands of Lothlorien in the middle Third Age. She was of descent from the Lady of the Golden Wood herself, Galadriel. After the end of the Third Age and the fall of Sauron and the destruction of the ring, many of her people sailed away into the lands of the west. Karisa chose to remain behind, for she loved the land and its people greatly. Only a handfull of the Lothlorien Elves remained with her, and she governed them justly and protected their realm. Many years within the Fourth Age, the Shadow began to reappear, and trouble started brewing yet again. Karisa and the remainder of her people decided to fight this evil. So, moving out of Lothlorien and into Wilderland, these Elves went. After staying in Wilderland, Karisa came upon a man during her travels. He was a tall, grim-looking man, with long dark hair, and shining eyes. Beneath his grim appearance, he had a noble stature. Karisa fell in love with this man. Time came to pass and Hexi and Karisa were wed, and they lived in the Misty Mountains for a while, but Hexi's travels oft took him from home. Karisa and Hexi had a daughter, her name was Lorian, in memory of Karisa's home of Lothlorien. Lorian was half human, and half elf, so she was also given the title of Half-Elven. Despite their two seperate races, the love of Hexi and Karisa was made so strong, that nothing would separate them.
