Bubblegum Crisis
Created in the late 1980s, Bubblegum Crisis was the original cyberpunk anime classic. Featuring the adventures of four hardsuit-wearing women battling against the evils of a Tokyo where technology has grown out of control, Bubblegum Crisis became legendary, and set the precedent for many other cyberpunk and android-style anime, such as Armitage III and Ghost in the Shell.
