Forum Regent |
|
Overseer-The one who originally created the (-)ADE§ forum. They approve of how the forum is run. If there arises a problem with how it is conducted the Overseer shall contact the Ultimus Trinitas and discusses possible ways to improve. Also, if it is seen that an High Councilman is not doing their job properly(especially the Presidents) then the Overseers have a right to override the forum President's decision and take matters into their own hands, for the well-being of the forum. |

Ultimus Trinitas |
|
President/Co-Prez-(From Latin meaning the Ultimate Trinity)The three people that primarily rule the (-)ADE§ establishment. All decisions are ultimately made by them. They appoint government officials and update as well as maintain the (-)ADE§ organization charters. |

Sequi Trinitas |
|
High Chancellor/High Chancelloress/Forum Advisor-(From Latin meaning the Second Trinity)The three people of the (-)ADE§ establishment that are left in command if all three members of Ultimus Trinitas are not able to run (-)ADE§. If a member of the Ultimus Trinitas cannot perform his/her duties or they are exempted from their duties for other reasons, a member of Sequi Trinitas will be voted by the rest of the establishment's High Council to replace them. Members of Sequi Trinitas will aid the Ultimus Trinitas whenever they are called upon and they are expected to make ALL mandatory meetings held by the organization. |

Trium Virum (The War Advisor) |
War Advisor-Discusses with guilds/clans the guidelines of war provided within (-)ADE§. Looks over DoW's(Declarations of Wars) and records the conditions of them. Responsible for determining which guild/clan has won the war through VP(Victory Points) or DoS(Declaration of Surrender). Also responsible as being the cheif of all war dealings in the forum.

Trium Virum (The Treasurer) |
|
Treasurer-Distributes gold pieces to the High Council(weekly) as well as keeps track of all gold that is given out. The Treasurer is also in charge of distributing xps and gps to guilds who submit their rosters. A sheet record must be submitted to Nyghte Of Hatred at the end of each month to determine how much gold has been circulating around the forum. |

Trium Virum (The Magistrate) |
|
Magistrate-Makes sure that the people holding Administrator and Coordinator positions in the High Council are doing their job accordingly. Reports any proof of idiocy(moding or acting newbish) to the Ultimus Trinitas. Keeps a back-up record of all reg #'s within (-)ADE§ in case administrators lose their records. |

Gratus Mortum |
|
Executioners-Members of the (-)ADE§ establishment that have been tried for treason will be forced to fight a DM(with no-rezz terms) with an executioner(the executioner's dice being their highest registered dice and the tyrant with 4d20). It is required that those who apply to this position have moderate-high strength(d85-d100) |

Ad Ministrae |
|
Administrators-Responsible for validating and voiding attempts(mocks) made by apprentices in effort to obtain an identification number. If the attempt is fairly well-done(depending on the judgment of the administrator) then it will be counted as a valid attempt, although the validator is expected to mention any mistakes to the attempter. If the attempt is poorly performed(depending on the judgment of the administrator) then the attempt is voided and the administrator must write a letter explaining to the attempter that they must try again. Record sheets are due every Friday to Nyghte Of Hatred and to the Magistrate |

Magister Coordo
|
Coordinators-Validates or voids any attempts(logs) sent by registered members within the organization. They also calculate the amount of gold and experience given to each attempt. A copy of the successful or failing attempt must be sent to The Ultmius Trinitas. If they have any questions about the validity of an attempt they can either contact the Ultimus Trinitas or the Administrator of their field. |

Comtrahere |
|
Contractors-Responsible for looking over requests for a contract request and determining whether or not the request is satisfactory(if not sure contact the Presidents). If the request is a based on a valid reason the contractor can send a contract to the attempter, The Ultimus Trinitas, AND the Magistrate or else the contract is void. If the request is based on an invalid reason the contractor must write a letter to the attempter stating they need more proof for a legal contract to be given. |

Sanctus (Auditors) |
|
Dice Auditors-In charge of calculating experience and making sure whether that the total matches the claim(that the total numbers of xps are equal to what the person claims it to be). If the experience do not total the claimed experience, an audit will be sent by the auditor for their REAL experience. [For Ex: If Joe wanted to recieve a )-(ADE§ audit for 4d93 and they claim that their xps are 400,000xps but however the auditor calculated the xps to be 300,000xps, Joe will recieve an audit for 4d92 instead of 4d93.] |

Sanctus (Freelance) |
|
Freelance Master-Handles all freelance applications and distributes registration numbers. They are also responsible for counting up gold and experience for each attempt[mock or real], combat orb[logs] or thivery[stolen rosters] any freelancers might have. A receipt must be sent to the freelancer as well as the Presidents in order to keep forum charters correct and updated. |

Couriers (Alliance) |
|
Alliance Advisor-Responsible keeping good relations with allied forums. Any forum alliance requests will be handled by the advisor. If a disagreement occurs between forums, the advisor and the Presidents will hold a special meeting to discuss possible cooperations. |

Couriers (Ambassadors) |
|
Ambassadors-Solely responsible for recruiting more guilds/clans/houses and freelancers into the (-)ADE§ forum. If within 6 months of assigning this position they are not able to recruit anyone, they will be suspended or expelled from duty. |

|
Bodyguard Director-Heads the bodyguards division within the (-)ADE§ establishment. Any questions made by fellow bodyguards on duties or such must be directed to the BG Director. |

Grand Sentry-Guards assigned especially to certain High Council members in times of trouble. They must be experienced in BGing during attempts.
