| Arthur's May Roadshow |
|
What do you do if you just have completed school, and want to try to do something completely new? You could go rock-climbing, white water-rafting, skydiving, etc. Several guys I know, who fit the description up above have decided to go around several places in Malaysia, just to have fun. They are: Jessica and Arthur, with a couple other friends. (Please don't confuse Yi Jian - me and Yi-Jien the other guy) |
| ARTHUR'S MAY ROADSHOW | |
|
Hey People! This is Part I of the May Roadshow, which consisted of Jessica and I in Ipoh, joined by Yi-Jien
and Ken Yen in Taiping and Penang. Most of these shots feature Maxwell Hill,
where we, together with Oi Yen, Taka and Vysia, put up for the night. IPOH This is a shot with a long story. We went to a waterfall called Lantah Kijang, see, and it was massive. After some domestic dipping and dunking, we decided to climb the steep slope to the top of the waterfall. As you can see, we made it there, after 1 hour of intense climbing. Breathtaking view, this. Jessica's here with an Orang Asli, Sam, to her right. Next to Sam is a slight stretch of the North-South highway. TAIPING Our first activity in the holiday bungalow, Cendana. Very nice place, will go there again sometime soon. A lot of windows for ventilation. Notice Oi Yen (girl in red). She's actually concentrating on her cards! Maybe she won't win this round. Hm, Pang said this looks like an SU photo. Wonder why? The group trying to get close to nature. (L-R) Yi-Jien, Vysia, Taka, Ken Yen and Jessica. I'm here O_o Okay, I can explain everything. Here we are behind the gates of the Sultan of Perak's holiday house, perched on the zenith of our hill. No one was around, so the diminuative Vysia led us in on Operasi Trespassing. Facing a fantastic view of the lights of Kamunting and Taiping, the group decided to try their hands at extreme chain massaging. No doubt the guys - with the exception of moi - were enjoying the proceedings much, much more. Hey, where am I?? This was taken at the end of our respite in the cool hills of Taiping. Cendana was our beloved bungalow. The oh-so-friendly jeep driver refused to take our group shot. You're looking through my eyes. Hey, what's with THE ARM, Taka?
