Emergency Number

Hi,
My friend just got involved in a terrible accident....
during the trauma but still alert...she tried to use her mobile to make an emergency call but failed. The number she dial is 999.
Please bear in mind that, for GSM mobile(012, 013, 016, 017, 019), the emergency number u should dial is 112 but not 999. This number is emergency number worldwide for GSM mobile. You can dial 112 even without simcard.
If you find out the area is not the coverage area of your mobile network, just try to dial 112, the mobile will search any network exist there to establish the emergency for you.
