The Story
Long ago, in the land of Encora, there was a castle sitting in the middle of a very small village. The ruler of the castle was King Suramaston Duvetyn. The name of the small, yet growing village was Askavi. King Suramaston loved his people and did every thing he could to make sure the village prospered. Soon, the village was one of the largest in Encora and every one lived peacefully.
After several years, King Suramaston was married and blessed with a baby boy. Very early on, the boy showed the promise of strong magical ability. The King was very pleased, and spoiled the boy he named Yurwazi. Yurwazi grew up learning every thing he could about magic, until he was stronger than any of his teachers. His thirst for magical knowledge was not diminished however, and he began to dabble with dark magic. The things he learned stunned and amazed him, and he became a full fledged dark mage. King Suramaston did not realize what was happening until it was too late. Yurwazi killed him , but before Suramaston died, he took away Yurwazi's claim to the thrown. Yurwazi ran away into the mountains, leaving Askavi with out a King.
King Suramaston's only other child was a girl by the name of Mariel. Mariel took charge, and the city was not changed. Soon Mariel was faced with the fact that in order for her to keep her brother away from the thrown, she would have to marry. She was married to a prince by the name of Tarkis. His kingdom was added to Askavi, and once again, Askavi prospered.
Mariel never forgot about her brother though, and decided to do something to prevent others from being corrupted. She set up a school of her own, where promising young ones could learn about honor and be taught things that could be used for good. The school began with just The Keep, and was soon split into the two parts: Mid-Knight Tower and Crystal Hall. Now, students are trained for good, and are taught how to fight, just in case Yurwazi comes back to claim the thrown............
