Black Op troops, like assassins, use stealth techniques to their advantage. The military used them in sabotage and recovery/recon missions. They were once Marines, the best of the best and thats why they were drafted to become part of an elite unit. They are trained in the use of all small fire arms, rifles, and explosive equipment. They also follow a strict code of never revealing their operations or missions, otherwise they would be hunted down and killed by other Black Op members on the orders of their superiors.

Cannot wear armor heavier than Riot Armor to begin with

+2% to Stealth/Hiding/Quiet Rolls

Limb Shot: Being an expierenced marksman like the assassin the Black Op has the Limb Shot skill. This skill is used liked a Called Shot but at only a -10% penalty when using a Sniper Rifle. This skill may be used once per QUEST/DUEL

The Skills below have a 25% to hit, and gain a +3% to hit every level you go up.

Disarm Explosive: This skill allows a black op troop to disarm any type of bomb unless stated otherwise by the GM.

Set Explosive: This skill allows the black op troop to set an explosive he has bought or made. This skill isnt really used to put the explosive where you want it to be, but rather it is used to make sure everything needed to make the bomb work, is hooked up.

Create Explosives: With the right materials,training, and with some time, a Black Op Troop may create his own bomb. Being a Black Op isnt an inventor he can't create an original bomb, but he may create one listed under Heavy Weapons.

STAT REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Minimum of 18 Accuracy

Minimum of 15 Intellegence

Minimum of 18 Dexterity
