I didn't have a lot of time to collect ingredients by hunting or sitting in East Commons auctioning. All of these ingredients can be purchased cheaply in East Commons and East Freeport. Frosting and Batwings are found in one of the buildings in East Commons, Fish is found on the Docks in East Freeport. Spit can be purchased at Holiday Trader in East Freeport. I sat in East Commons while I finished up with Batwing Crunchies, then I just carried the spit with me and stocked up on Fish and Batwings.
