Physical Description:
-Beast Mode: Oscillate Prime is a large porcupine of yellow color. His techno is white in color with pulsing red energies running the seams. The techno is around his lower legs, feet, and his short tail. His digging claws are brown in color. On the sides of his feet, where his claws essentially connect is a disk somewhat extrusive to the rest of his leg, it looks like a hinge eng on which his claws connect. On close examination there are red veins around the base of his spines.

-Transforming Light: Silver

Prime Form: Oscillate's hair retracts to become short much like it used to look in his old form though it is only contained to his head and doesn't run down his back anymore. His neck and his head become covered with cybernetics, they look mostly like his normal organic but it has become segemented. White tech runs up his spine to the base of his skull and thick hydrolic-looking tech on the tendons in his neck. His eyes have become lenses similar to old gen transformers and shift to the front of his head becoming white though they can flash red. His mouth is completly covered with the brown segmented look. The New Maximal symbol becomes engraved in his chest, his shoulder pads extend outward becoming retangular shaped toward the outter section. The point at which the pads connect to his shoulder red lenses appear, when not glowing they almost look like red screws. The tech over his forarms compress so it is not oversided and grows to cover his hands. The tech on his hands becomes mostly black with white in the segments. The Disks that were on his overtech is now on the backs of his hands. His elbows get black disks on either side off setting the white of his forearms. His upper arms become egulfed in smooth black tech. From his elbows raise cyliners nearly as thick as his arms themselves and rise up to his shoulders. His lower torso also becomes black tech with white abdominal plates which descend over his front pelvic. The black spreads to his upper legs with a patch of white on the front of each. His lower leg's also have white tech to fit the actual shape of his body making them look like knee boots with black seams. Just above his ankles his disks have become inset in his legs. Oscillate's back has two vent ports situated over his shoulderblades of round shape and glow a soft red light. A smaller new Maximal symbol rests between this. His lowed back has gray tech over his body, these segments do not look to be part of his body but more like equiment of some sort or pieces of something.

Specialties:
Oscillate is a skilled Martial Artist and tactician. He also helps others find peace through meditation. Oscillate is also a skilled outdoorsman and enjoys travel as well as interacting with native creatures.

Weapons:
-Quills: These can shoot from ports located in the techno just beneath his palms. They cam be fired with an effective range of 20meters. The quills vibrate at ulta-high speeds allowing them to burrow into most material. The attack itself does very little in the way of damage, but like all porcupine spines, they curve as they imbed themselves making the real damage occur when they are removed as it's hard to do this without rippin out a bunch of junk it was hooked around.
-Quill Blades: By ejecting a quill from a launch port, but holding it instead of firing, allows Oscillate to them as swords. Again they vibrate a incredible speeds allowing them to make nice cuts in most materials.
-Shockwave Blast: A ball of translucent energy appears in Oscillate's hand. He can launch this a maximum of 80meters. Upon impact a 5meter blast zone is created that can easily throw anyone inside the area around (smashing them into walls, tripping them up, etc.). Alternatively, he can grab onto an enemy and activate this power, this won't do any real damage unless the target holds still for some time, but an average duration of contact can shake a few things loose.
-Shoulder Lasers: The lenses on Oscillate Prime's shoulders fire a moderatly powered red blast. The attack is easier to aim than it may seem and makes a very good backup or leading attack.
-Prime Cannon: What would a Prime be without a really big gun? On activation of this weapon the extra pieces on Oscillate Prime's back seperate as to the cylinders on his elbows. The fly around and transform into a double barreled cannon that is larger than Oscillate's arm. This can fire very powerful blue blasts which are orb-shapped. The blasts expolde in concussive eruptions.
-Shockwave: Emmited from the disks he ratains from his normal form, Oscillate Prime can fire pure shockwave streams at his opponents. Firing these vibrations is almost invisible to the naked eye aside from a slight distortion in the air. Oscillate Prime can create temporary 'blast' effects or prolonged vibration effects.
-Grand Blade: Silver with red engravings along the center of the blade. Actually misnamed due to the fact he has two, but a large silver blade slides out of Oscillate Prime's forearm with a loud hydrolic hiss and a great outlet of steam. The blade actually exits his arm from between his middle fingers and is scrapes along the ground if he relaxes his arm at length. When a blade is drawn his hand is unable to manipulate things well which is why he rarely has both out at once. In essence this is his most powerful weapon as Oscillate has always been more of an upclose fighter and these blades can easily slice through almost any material.

Special Abilities:
-Night Vision: Oscillate can see clearly in minimal lighting, but is still blind in pitch darkness.
-180 Degree Visual Arch: Oscillate's eye placement allows him a wide visual range and makes it hard to sneak up on him.
-Resonate: Oscillate can vibrate his entire body on a molecular level. This has a couple of effects. 1- He does not show up on any form of sensoy device other than optical, and to the eyes he appears unfocused, a blur. 2- Direct physical attacks are useless, Lasers, plasma and explosives still have normal effects, but unarmed and melee attacks can not effect him in this state. Trying to touch him in this state has a similar effect of a human trying to stop a car traveling over 200mph with his bear hands. In addition to this he can vibrate his body to such an extent he can phase through thinner materials.
-Reformation: Oscillate Prime's spark has become a new Matrix of leadership and through it he can reformat others. He can even use a reformation beam as a weapon against those who might be adverse to it, also a reformation usually leaves the target dazed for a brief while.

Equipment:
-Visual Comm Unit: on left forearm.
-Quake Disks: The source of Oscillate's various vibration powers are the disks installed on his arms and legs. With the removal of each of these reduces Oscillate's vibration ability by 25% (there are 4 disks), though just because Oscillate is detached from them doesn't mean he can't access them. He can erupt them into massive shockwaves or replicate his abilities onto allies that equip the disks. If all the disks are detached from Oscillate he loses all his personal vibration powers including his shockwaves.
-Matrix of Leadership: Not an active device really (unless Unicron shows up or someone like him) but if Oscillate Prime is ever mortally wounded he can pass the Matrix onto another worthy of it, another worthy to become a true Prime.

Personality: Oscillate is a proud maximal. He enjoys flaunting his skill and never truly accepts defeat. Any thing he can not accomplish presently he only sees as a challenge he will overcome. He truly enjoys the new state of transformer kind because it represents the balance and harmony his order seeks. Sometimes his jovial personality is replaced with a solemness that dictates an old spark within him. Suprisingly it takes a lot to damage his pride because he is very passive toward others, this does not mean that his ire can't be raised and when it does his anger comes with force. He secretly wishes to obtain a student of his own so that when he dies his spark does not simply join the matrix and the knowledge is passed to another.

Recently one of his older sparks has been forced to express. This was a spark containing the 'Prime Directive' the progam installed in some Autobot and Maximal sparks that makes the 'XX' Prime. But due to recent events and an oracle linking, Oscillate's program became pure, making him a true Prime and transforming his spark into a new Matrix of Leadership. The effect hasn't changed Oscillate's personality much, but he has become more of the leader type and more tactionaly intelligent. His voice is now a bit deeper and has a slightly Cybernetic echo to it that is inherent among many Primes. When his goes into his Prime Form his voice sounds very deep and completly cybernetic.

History: Oscillate was a warrior in the Battle Tournament, a contest held twice every 5 years on Cybertron. This was a non-lethal contest held between martial artists to display their skill at armed and unarmed combat. He specialized at the unarmed master demonstration (in which he would take on several opponents at once) and one on one melee. Even though he was young, he was considered a master at his art.

He attained this level from his master, Kang, who died when the two of them were on an expedition to a nearby forest planet (Where Oscillate acquired his beastmode). They encountered a creature that could easily slice open their super structures and seemed completely immune to energy weapons. His master attacked the beast physically using a sword. After a bloody battle the creature was slain, but Kang was mortally wounded. His dying request was for Oscillate to perform the dying ritual of his order, for the master to give his spark to his student and merge together so Kang's knowledge and power may live on. Oscillate did as his master requested, but was unprepared for all it undertook. Many of the "Crescent Hand" (the special order of warriors of which he and Kang belonged) had died and passed their spark's power on in this fashion. Oscillate absorbed the lifetime knowledge of 5 warriors in that painful instant. This transformed him, physically he appeared to be some sort of porcupine, bat, and feline hybrid, with small bits of other creatures here and there. Mentally he became much more mature from the rambunctious youth he was and while he did not become another person, the influence of 5 different warriors allowed him to look at situation through a multitude of perspectives. Thus is why he was considered wise, able to draw on lifetimes of experience. He had only recently become the champion of the tournament when Megatron hit with his virus. Oscillate avoided contamination for a long while; unfortunately, one he had begun to train in the order, his student and love, was not so lucky. She was captured by a battalion of air drones and struggle as he might, he could not save her. In a fit of rage he attempted to raid the citadel and find her (a stupid idea) and was quickly infected. The virus had an unusual reaction to his "multi- spark" Since it kept trying to revert him to the memory of his first beast mode he kept jumping between 5 different "firsts" including one autobot vehicle mode. Somehow, in the ensuing chaos he managed to escape underground. The virus was killing him fast, his body could not handle the rapid form changes. As he scuttled around in the darkness he eventually stumbled upon a large chamber. His body was slowing and different modes possessed different parts of his body, a wing here, a wheel there. He tried to fall into meditation but was disturbed by several other Maximals coming into the chamber all in strange looking beast modes. None seemed to notice him in the shadows; he watched as a huge spheroid object appeared and seemed to commune with two of them. A short while later those two they said "I am transformed.." and kind of morphed into robot modes. They all left the chamber with words about training and Oscillate just sat there staring at the oracle. A gentle voice came to him, "I have not forgotten you my child, the spark of your love still lives. Be reformatted and join the others, through them you will eventually find her." A glow came from the oracle and he was changed...
