Rungs of Society

Ruler: The nation's supreme leader. The ruler has last say in all issues of state.
Baron: The ruler appointed Tax collector and govenor. The Barons are usually not liked by the populace, but perform a needed service.
High Priest: The nation's supreme spiritual leader and 1 of the Ruler's 3 advisors. The high priest oversees all pertaining to the country's god and appoints all the clergy below him.
Commander General: Each country has 1 commanding General, each being 1 of the Rulers 3 usual advisors. The general and their staff oversee all aspects of security and warfare.
Generals: Not all countries have 2 but can at most be filled. These are the second in command over the countries land force army and in many cases one does sit over just the land force the other in name of Admiral oversees the Navy. The workings to obtain more soldiers starts at this level comonly unless the country holds a smaller army/navy (not needed to be filled)
Major: A very noble position of that in the officer corp for a countries army, the Major is a working officer that has shown in the past to be of an asset and yet functional to the duties of daily life in the land force. (not needed to be filled)
Captain: More recognizable for stearing vessels active in the command of a ship, the captain keeps to duties while waterborne and otherwise as seen fit by their commanders and ruler. (not needed to be filled)
Warrant Officer: Of the ranks this commanding personal is of formal training in aspect for becoming what can be in a countries forces. Direct overseer of of the working soldiers in any case. (not needed to be filled)
Master Seargant: On the field in some cases needed, allthough usually not seen in the smaller armies. Strictly land force trainer and instructor is this seasoned warrior. (not needed to be filled)
First Mate: For a country with Naval duties, the training sea person whom can train, oversee the training, instruct, and yet work activly of a vessel over that countries Navy. (not needed to be filled)
Seargant: Only in a country with a very large army is this hard working person bearing the title known. Usually with orders from commanders this soldier can train and help in leading minute orders. (hardly ever seen in a country)
Crewman: Just as that from the Land force the seargant with the exceptoin being that this person does maintain duties on vessels for a countries Navy. (hardly ever seen in a country)
Soldiers: The main protectors and hands of war for the Nation. Whether it be the Holy wind of Starfell, or Pintar's Arcane wave, the soldiers are the first and last line of defense.
Clergyman/woman: Appointed soldiers of the church that oversee everyday issues of spirituality among the people over the territories and other spiritual members. (not needed to be filled)
Acolytes: These are usually best working for the larger more populated countries that make best fuctionality dealing with spiritualism for a countries merchants, commoners, and the likes. (a rare position to be seen)
Neophyte and Initiates: These are of two different titles that have only been seen in rare times and countries. Neophytes are rare, only seen in very populated society has seen them about as they are usually not filled positions of the spiritual community. Initiates are common from those new of faith that have felt ties to a country.(Neophytes are hardly ever seen in a country)
Merchants: The traders and sellers of the country, each are given a small parcel of land inwhich to sell their wares.
Commoners: The heart and soul of the Nation. The commoners are the farmers, workers and explorers. They are given a much larger parcel of land than the Merchants, but tend to also make less gold.

Laws of Taxation

I Each individual will be taxed the appropriate amount dictated by their government officials no more than once a month.

II Members of the clergy will be exempt from all taxes. Few recieve a fee for services.

III Military leaders (commanders) will be tax exempt and recieve an appropriate Ruler appointed pension from collected taxes as they do earn for it.

IV Active soldiers in each nation's military will recieve a 50% tax relief. Some recieve a small fee also earning the amount.

V Merchants and Commoners in each nation will pay full taxes, but may be eligable for compensation for work done. The latter is dictated differently from nation to nation.

VI Citizens of the Freelands are without taxation or government, and therefore do not apply.
