Claim an unclaimed pack; or join an already clamied one. If the alpha hasn't posted in their pack for a week, it is considered inactive and can by someone who was allready an active member of that pack! No complete strangers to the pack can claim it, and no newbies either (sorry). You have to have been a member for at least 1 week.
