Bahamut-Found in the Temple of the Ancients after figting the red dragon.

Bahamut ZERO-Aquire Bahamut and Neo Bahamut, then go to Cosmo Canyon and touch one the Huge materia. (Note: The Huge materia from Rocket Town is the one containing Bahamut ZERO.)

Choco/Mog-Talk to the chocobo by the fence at the Chocobo Farm. The chocobos will do a dance and then give you Choco/Mog.

Hades-Found in the sunken Gelinka plane.

Ifrit-Found on the Shinra cargo ship after the battle with JENOVA.

Kjata-Found in the Sleeping Forest.

Knights of the Round-Found on Round Island. (Note: Round Island can only be reached by a gold chocobo.)

Leviathan-Given to you after Yuffie defeats all of the enemies at the Pagoda in Wutai.)

Neo Bahamut-Found in the Whirlwind Maze.

Odin-Inside the safe at the Shinra Mansion at Nibelheim. Go to the Secrets Section to get the combination to the safe.

Phoenix-Found at Fort Condor after you defeat Shinra in the final battle.

Ramuh-Found at the Chocobo Jockies' Lounge before your first chocobo race.

Shiva-Given to you by Pricilla at Junon after you save her life.

Titan-Found at the Gongaga Reactor.

Typhoon-Found in the Ancient Forest.
