2. There will be only Gold, Bronze, Brown, Blue and Green dragons. NO other colors. Ruth was one in a million, and we're going to keep it that way. That goes for flitters too.
3. There is no religion on Pern. Which means no characters saying "Oh my God" or anything thing like that. There's Pernese oaths, such as "Shells!" and "Shards" etc. Dont thank God, Thank Faranth.
4. There is no magic, sorcery, arcane healing, card tricks, etc. no curses either. Also, there is no ESP, telekinesis, teleportation without use of a dragon, or any of the like. ( We DO NOT allow Star Trek, cyborgs, aliens, witches, or anything else from anywhere but Pern, either. Just humans, dragons, flits, and animals.
5. You cannot write stories about or involving Benden Weyr, Ruatha Hold, or Fort's HarperHall. Your character can be born there, but you may never write about their past, or what they did there, and we'd prefer that they weren't born there at all. It'd just make things easier for us all.
6. No HAD Speaking Gold Riders. Moreta, Lessa, Sorka, Terene and Brekke.. etc. They are considered Anne's territory and will not be copied.
Color are Impressed as follows:
1) You may not use anyone else character without asking. You may not kill, hurt or do anything else to someone elses character without asking.
2) All major plot lines must be cleared with the BOD.
3)There will only be 3 HAD's (hearing all dragons) at any given time in the weyr. If you would like a HAD, you must write up a detailed sheet, and explain why you feel you deserve this position. One is already taken, leaving two available.
4) No mature queens are being accepted at this time. In order to attain a goldirder position, you must be active in the weyr, and prove that you can handle this position. Maximum gold capacity will fluxuate depending on weyr membership.
5) There will be a limit of five gold flits at any given time in the weyr. And you must explain why your persona has this gold flit. You may not have a gold and a bronze flit belonging to the same persona. There are still four gold flit spots open.
6) Timing has been discovered, but the knowledge is limited to queens and bronzes only.
