Also, hostile actions taken against anyone with a security rating of -0.99 or better (moving up toward 0.0) is also prohibited. You may freely engage the members of the Guirstas, Angel Cartel, etc etc freely of course, as well as anyone who fires upon you or a fellow corp member first.
