Gnomes are known for being the most dangerous of all creatures. No, they don't have fangs, or claws, or
breathe fire, but they might as well for all the damage they've caused to everybody involved with them.
Gnomes invent things. Dangerous things. Things that tend to explode without the slightest provoction.
Here is my warning to you. Unless you are a gnome, don't go anywhere near a gnomish
workshop between 9 and 5. It not good for your health.
Gnomes live in large cities, with different levels for each type of invention.
They all have a "Life Quest". This is something passed on from father to son, mother to daughter.
It usually involves something they have to fix, or invent. If they don't complete it, their children have to.
Since they live in clusters, explosions can be very dangerous, and wreck havok. This is a good thing,
as it keep the general popluation down.
They live around 800 years, and mature at 150, the same as their cousins
(Though don't say that to their faces) the dwarves.
Gnomes are very intellignet, though forgetful and muddled. They have a bad rep with most other spieces,
and generally stick to themselves.
