weapons and tools and has begun to train in the
use of many of them.

Miscellaneos background: The Dragon Warrior is an elven fighter who has been chosen by the tribe to become a Dragon tamer. The tribal Soothsayer at the birth of every child will perform a test where a small snake is given to the child if the snake strikes (the snake is non-venomous) the child is not a Dragon Warrior, but if the snake lies placid on the child then the child is a Dragon Warrior and is branded at the age of 14. The child is then raised not by his parents but by the Dragon Warriors. He immediatly begins training in the art of weapons and taming reptiles.
When the child is prepared it is sent to tame a hatchling. This is not an easy task since mother dragons are very protective of their young. If the warrior succeeds he will then continue to raise the hatchling to a mature age. Since dragons live longer then elves the soothsayer performs a life banding ritual that allows the elven warrior to take half of the dragons life force. This also creates a link closer then anyother they feel each others pains,fears,and emotions, they also develope a mental link with each other that allows for fast reaction times during combat. The only time this link is very dangerous is during the dragons mating season when the urges a dragon feels to mate, grow too strong and the elven warriors mind cannot contain the emotions.
Desino has not yet completed his dragon quest and at this late age the soothsayer is wondering if the life link will work.
