Someday in the future a horrible fate will befall the town.  It is not clear what the fate will be but it will be all but hopeless.  The torment will continue for all the people of Odiare for all eternity.

But there is hope.  I have made a deal with some powerful beings who will choose children from our families who will have a chance to free us from the fate.  They will be the Starborn.

When the Starborn arrive, the people of Odiare must help them to be prepared for they will be our only hope.  Do all you can for them.
