theses elves are the cold mages.
they use cold based elemental spells,and they are very accoustomed to the cold weather.
they stand between 4'11'' to 5'10'' they are some of the tallest elves in the world of antaria.
they weigth between 90 to 135 pounds.
they are a lawful neutral nature,and they are very curious about the world outside there kingdom.
many of them wander the different kingdoms looking for excitement and such.
there home kingdom is in the far northern regions of the antarian world.
they also have there different classes with in their kingdom,but is is mainly mages and shaman.
they are always looking for wealth and power and to change there kingdoms status with in the antarian world.
they absolutely love gems and silver.
they get one point extra to there inteligence,wisdom,and constitution.
they get a minus one to speed,dexterity and strength.
they get the same natural skills as the emerald elves do this is for all of the elven races of the antarian world.
they have there own set of spells to for they are elemental spells.

1st level spells _____________________
coldbolt:this does 5 points damage per level of the user.it takes 2 rounds to cast.it takes 3 magic base points.
coldarmor:this adds one point to there armor defense power every other level.this is up to 20 points.for this points are permenant.this takes 3 rounds to cast and 4 magic base points.
arcticstream:this allows the user to surround himself with a cold shield that will shatter all non magic missles.this last 3 rounds per level of the user.this takes 2 rounds to cast and 4 magic base points.
iceytouch:this allows the user to touch for 5 points per level of frostbite damage.this takes 3 rounds to cast this spell and 4 magic base points.
icestrike:this allows the user to launch an icicle for 4 points damage per level of the user.this takes 2 rounds to cast and 4 magic base points.
2nd level spells _____________________
icestorm:this allows the user to for a cold storm for 8 points damage per level of the user.this takes 4 rounds to cast and 5 magic base points.
colddagger:this allows the user to form a dagger of solid ice.this will do 7 points of damage per level of the user.this takes 4 rounds to cast and 5 magic base points.
coldshroud:this allows the user to for a cold barrier around himself.this protects him from any physical attacks for 2 rounds per level of the user.this takes 3 rounds to cast and 6 magic base points.
icebridge:this allows the user to form a bridge of ice arcoss any cavern.this bridge last 4 rounds per level of the user.this takes 5 rounds to cast and 5 magic base points.
produce darpas:this allows the user to produce 2000 darpas per level of the user .this is limited to 50000 darpas.this takes 6 rounds to cast and 7 magic base points. 3rd level spells __________________
hailstorm:this allows the user to summone a hailstorm doing 10 points per level to the victim.this takes 5 rounds to cast and 7 magic base points.
icy gaze:this allows user to glare at someone and freeze them for 3 rounds per level of the user.this takes 5 rounds to cast and 9 magic base points.
coldcage:this allows the user to form a cage of cold around the victim and trap them with in it.this last 4 rounds per level of the user.this takes 6 rounds to cast and 11 magic base points.
icehammer:this allows the user to form a icehammer.this does 9 points damage per level of the user.this takes 5 rounds to cast, and 12 magic base points.
glacialfreeze:this spell allows the user to do 11 points of damage per level of the user in frostbite damage.this takes 5 rounds to cast and 14 magic base points. 4th level spells __________________

glacialtornadoe:this allows the user to form an arctic tornado.this does 15 points damage per level of the user.this takes 7 rounds to cast and 18 magic base points.
