Activating celerity for one round requires the expenditure
of a blood trait.
You may make one additional turn
per turn for every level gained in celerity. So, a Lick with Celerity 1 may
draw a gun AND fire in the same turn, or may launch two attacks at his
opponent. Celerity can be used for much
more combat. It is also a way to speed up all time-consuming processes.
