Manufacturing Center -$20,000- Builds any of the items on the list (not counting ships, grav rooms or books.).it takes 4 days to make an item.

Space Port/All Types -$10,000- Can make any type of ship.*NOTE* you still need to buy an upgrade for higher level ships. If you build a saiya-jin Ship Pod it takes 2 weeks to build.
