-RARE Laws-

Guild Laws

Law One
All Guild Commanders must send an updated roster at least once a week to the High Chancellor(Diablo Verin). This roster must include the number of guild members, a GP pool, and the date.

Law Two
A Guilds GP income depends on their member count. You will automatically get 1,000 GP a week per member. GC's should keep tally of this themselves. For more info refer to the treaury section. We have no experience pools in RARE, so on the roster insert "infinite".

Law Three
All guild commanders will receive a monthly allotment of 1,000 GP x The member count which must be used to be distributed among the guild members, and/or put into the Guild's GP Pool.  The GC may not keep all of the GP for himself. GP may destributed evenly among all guild members, or givin as rewards for activity or contests. It is up to the GC how this will be given out.  GP must however be distributed if it has been earned fairly by way of combat, priesting, etc.  See the Earnings Chart.

Law Four
GCs must obey the direct orders of the High Chancellor.  Disobeying any commands may lead to immediate removal of the GC's guild from RARE.

Law Five
A GC may not automatically give himself d100. He, like all other members, must start with d20. Upon any member of a guild reaching d90, he or she must be audited. If we find that you have illegaly been using dice, you will be promptly blacklisted. You have 2 weeks upon reaching d90 to send in for an audit.

Clan Laws

Law One

Clans are somewhat like guilds. In clans, you gain dice, exp, gp, etc for your Combat Dice, but Clans also have "Clan/Gen Dice" according to generation.  These dice may be used during clan disputes etc.

Law Three
The first generation of a clan has to be of the same generation of blood and family (e.g. Wife-Brother-Sister-Husband). The rest must be children of them, and their mates, and their children and mates, and so on.  When sired the person sired is a generation below the person who sired them.

Law Four
Clans must also turn in a roster as guilds do, to Diablo Verin.

Forum Laws

Law One

Everyone in the RARE Forum has the a certain amount of ressurections depending on dice. Once they have reached their max rezz they are dead. A person that has committed suicide cannot be rezzed. If someone uses up all of their rezzes, their SN must be deleted and a new char made. If this law is not followed, that person will promptly be blacklisted.

Law Two
Full Dice transfers are accepted from Allies. If someone trasfers from a forum that is not an allie, up to 50,000 Exp can be transferred.

War Laws

Law One

Any RARE guilds that are allied do not have to take place in one another's war if it is not desirable. Should one of the Chancellors command it however, that guild must take part in the war.

Law Two
Before a war can be declared, it must be cleared by the Chancellors. This can be done by filling out the form to Declare War.

Law Three
You may not war with any guilds outside of RARE unless approved of by the High Chancellor. The reason for this being is that most forum's rules with DMs, AAs, Enhancers, etc. may not be the same and will only cause more problems than are needed.

Forum High Council Laws

Law One
A High Council member may only be chosen by the RARE High Chancellor.

Law Two
If for any reason another High Council member does not see another fit to run their position, he or she may move to have that person impeached. The vote to impeach another High Council member must be unanimous. If the vote is unanimous, it then moves into the High Judge's hands. There the facts will be reveiwed about the one being impeached, and then if the vote among them is unanimous, the High Council member may be removed from RARE.

Law Three
All High Council members must accept DMs, AAs, TAs, etc. Being a High council member does not give you any special powers to simply ignore these things, only gives you more of a say in forum matters.

Law Four
The High Council must obey all commands given by the Chancellors. High Council will not abuse their power and will all times conduct themselves in a proper manner.

Law Six
HC gets their paychecks once a week, according to their position's rank. You will be expected to keep tally of your own GP, and to be honest.

Law Seven
High Council Members can only hold up to 2 positions in the RARE forum, except for the Chancellors. This is due to the fact that if a position is not filled the Lords will fill that position until it is filled. In some cases people may be granted multiple positions on the high council.

RARE Traitor Laws

Law One

If any member of anyone under RARE, be it in the High Council, the GC of a guild, or a member of a guild is discovered committing traitorous acts, one of the following things may happen to them:

1. Prompt Execution by the RARE Executioner.
2. Prompt blacklisting of that member. If this member is a GC, his or her guild will also be blacklisted.
3. 50,000 Exp and GP removal.
Traitorous acts can be giving out guild rosters, giving out RARE confidential information, unprovoked attacks against fellow RARE members, and so on.

Law Two
If someone has been sentenced to death either by a warrant from the High Judge, or through a trial, it is legal to AA them without a contract. The roll must be high enough to kill them with half of their previous RARE guild dice.

Free Forum Laws

Law One

RARE does not recognize any FFAA, KO, etc.
