Switchblade: Your typical street urchin brawler. Switchblade was trained by the now defunct Cirrus Data Systems as a high end information courier, a trade she still practices freelance. She is extremely skilled in hand to hand combat and knife fighting, habitually carrying a number of throwing knives that she uses to great effect. Emotionally scarred at an early age after being abandoned by her parents, she developed an anti-social demeanor and the work name Switchblade in order to protect herself. After becoming trapped on Endport during the Predacon blockade, she befriended several members of the Resistance, and fought alongside them to free the city. It is now a well known fact that Solarflare, one of Switchblade’s first friends in the Resistance, has romantic designs on her—designs complicated by the brooding (and violent) guardian angel protecting her from the shadows. His name is Gabriel, a hideously scarred Predacon, who loves Switchblade as well. Though she has lightened up in the two years since Endport, traces of her former attitudes, and the conflict brewing between Gabriel and Solarflare, remain.
Gabriel: A dark violent AWOL Predacon Black ops ‘bot with stony metal skin and a Gargoyle (bat / panther) Beast Mode. After tracking Switchblade on one of her courier missions many years ago, and finding he could not kill her as per his orders, Gabriel abandoned the Predacon military to safeguard the ‘bot he has fallen desperately in love with. He watches only from the shadows, however, fearing that his Predacon heritage and disfigured face would cause him to lose hold of Switchblade forever.
