History:
Cloak and Dagger have a history as dark as the metal that encases their circuitry. The names of all their victims are troo much to mention. All that anyone really knows of them is the danger they present, and that’s all that really matters. Personality: Cloak & Dagger don’t talk much’ they are more doers than anything else. They obey every order that their commanding officer gives without hesitation. As treacherous as they seem, they are very loyal and only do what they are ordered to, nothing more. They will stop at nothing to reach their respective objectives (death before failure). As Generals in the Predacon occupation of Endport, they were among the deadliest enemies the Resistance had to face. Ever silent, they almost killed a number of the Resistance ‘bots before Rhapsody evacuated the group from Gaiana completely. After being threatened with their lives by the Tripredacus Councilman Cicadon, Cloak, Dagger, and the rest of Endport’s ranking Predacon Generals traveled to Cybertron for a final ambush on the Resistance forces, at their hotel ‘safe-house’. While Buster, Press, Rapier, and Grapple occupied most of the Maximals, Cloak & Dagger cornered Querion, Buckshot, Mimi, and Phyphen, in one of the hotel rooms. After breaking all the lights, it seemed they had won the battle. Blind and unable to pin down their attackers, the Maximals were all but helpless. Querion, however, using the infrared feature in his cybernetic visor, was able to locate and then kill Dagger. Dagger’s death caused Cloak’s demise immediately thereafter. This (and correct me if I’m wrong here) was the first battle application of his newly forged sakabatou and kodachi weapons (‘Requiem’ and ‘Grievance’ respectively).
Appearance:
Beast Mode (Cloak): Cloak is a lion in design, but heavily modified. Instead of the normal yellow/orange fur, his coat it pitch black. Every single piece of his body is black. Because of his Transmetal II state, it’s hard to tell which parts of his body are organic or metallic. Either way, it’s all blended together in one symphony of darkness. Probably, the main distinguishing feature of Cloak’s beast mode is his…err…mane. Instead of fur, his neck emanates a strange black gas, to give the illusion of an actual mane. The gas doesn’t really serve any purpose other than effect.
Beast Mode (Dagger): Aside from being a totally different animal, Dagger’s beast mode is remarkably similar to Cloak’s. The vulture mode is completely black. The feathers alternate between metallic and organic, though there is no substantial difference between the two types. The small tuft of feathers at the base of Dagger’s neck is similar to Cloak’s mane; it’s comprised of black gas.
Robot Mode: Though Cloak and Dagger have different beast modes, their robot modes (save organic components) are identical. They are both of light build, and like their beast modes, are entirely black, even their eyes. No symbol of allegiance can be seen, though it’s pretty obvious that these shady characters are Predacons. There is nothing on either ‘bots body that makes them stand out, similarly, they blend well in to the surroundings when it’s dark. No weapon can be seen on their structure, except for a small device on each wrist (all four).
Statistics (Both):
Strength : 5
Speed: 10
Skill: 10
Aim: 10
Intelligence: 8
Discipline: 8
Stamina: 1
Firepower: 8
Weapons:
Energy blades: Both Cloak & Dagger have only one weapons system. Their wrists have energy generating devices that create three-foot long blades of solid energy. The energy rips apart metal like butter. These blades can be materialized and dematerialized in a split second. The blades are bright yellow and will give away Cloak & Dagger’s position in the dark, and therefore they will only materialize the blades when they wish to strike.
Site to Site Teleportation (TM2 Power): What makes Cloak & Dagger extremely dangerous is their TM2 power. At will, they can teleport to any location currently in their sight. There is no delay between teleportation and the process is nearly instant. There is no visual indication of their teleportation (like a bright flash); they simply reappear somewhere else.
Twin Connection: Cloak & Dagger have the uncanny ability to share thoughts. This makes them even deadlier as a team; they can coordinate strategies in a mere instant by skipping the medium of spoken word. There is a drawback to this connection. While they share thought, they also share pain. Any hit to one will affect the other. This rarely happens though; it is basically impossible (short of a nuclear blast) to land a direct hit with their raw speed and teleportation power.
((Note: They are named NPC's for a reason. Please play them accordingly. Thank you.
