underneath his suit's jacket. A suitcase he often
carried at his side held a long range sniper rifle.
Skills: A trained killer, he was talented in many
forms of martial arts. He was an expert of pressure
points and locating a person's center of gravity.
Background: Silent and calculating, he will only speak
when alone with his younger brother, Takai. If
necessary when in public, he'll only whisper into his
brother's ear. He was tall and slender in build,
fitted in a black suit of the finest make. His silver
hair long to the shoulders, his ice blue eyes staring
deep into one's very soul.
As children, Rusaki and his brother found their
parents killed in cold blood, not a trace left behind
by the murderer. Both of them vowed that they would
find out who the killer was and end his life.
Their entire life they trained hard under the guidance
of several martial arts experts, perfecting their
skills in every way they found imaginable. Eventually
when they reached their late teens, they met up with
Shidousha, the training they went under catching the
evil Syndicate's leader's very attention.
Shidousha told Rusaki and Takai that if they would
kill potential threats for him, that he'll soon tell
them who it was that murdered their parents. Believing
this fully, the two brothers became the two unstable
and difficultly controlled assassins whispered
throughout the Syndicate by one name, the Nishi.
They are Shidousha's last resort for killing those who
have posed resiliency in staying alive too long for
their own good. Neither of the brothers will accept
any orders beyond assassinating these targets. They're
only loyal to Shidousha because they believe he knows
who killed their parents.
Rusaki loves his brother Takai with all his heart, and
that love seems to be mutual. However, the nature of
how deep this love goes is unknown. Both of them seem
to know what the other is thinking, and are extremely close.

Weapons: A pocket lighter and a knife are all he
needs.
Skills: A skilled pickpocket at best, he also has a
talent for starting fires. His body is well flexed,
thus allowing a talent for bodily contortion.
Background: Uber-Goth is the only way to describe his
appearance, fitted always in black clothing, sometimes
loose and comfortable, or tight and formfitting. He
would wear a vast collection of jewelry depicting
skulls and dragons and other items of the like. His
face was always painted up with white foundation and
black lipstick, eyeshadow, and eyeliner. His hair was
dyed black with red streaks.
Angst ridden and gloomy, Kisai prefers not to grow
close to other people. He show's very little emotion,
finding that they have little meaning. He desired no
relationships, and claims he detests the touch of
another living soul.
In his past he was ostracized by others while growing
up. Made fun of, and picked on for being small and
weak, his heart hardened to a cube of ice. He prefers
being alone, and will actively lash out if he feels
his space being invaded. Very few people, if at all,
understand his pain.
